Dr. Reza Izadi M.D. (Medical Director) Dr Izadi is a long time Plano resident. After graduating from Plano Senior High School, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Molecular Biology. He then obtained his Medical Degree from University of North Texas Health Science Center. He completed his education at New York Medical College where he finished a four year residency in Anesthesiology. He is currently practicing medicine in Texas and is a Diplomat for the American Board of Anesthesiology. He enjoys traveling, camping and outdoor activities.

Ladan Khadivar Manager / Medical Aesthetician Ladan is a medical aesthetician, and a facialist graduated from Paul Michelle Cosmetology School, and received her license in March of 2007. Ladan is looking forward to seeing Avanti reach its full potential. Her beautiful smile makes everyone comfortable when they come in the door of Avanti. Ladan is married, and is a mother of two kids. She loves animals, and loves to spend her spare time with her family and their dog.

Kristen Scofield RN., B.S.N. (Nurse / Injector) Kristin Scofield, RN,BSN graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and immediately found her home in Cosmetic Dermatology in 1999. Her career began working side by side by her mentor; a pioneer in Dermatology advances in lasers, fillers, and neurotoxins, Kristin’s future was molded. Kristin has such a passion for the art of injecting and has a dedicated following of patients throughout the Metroplex. Her stellar reputation has brought her many local celebrities, models, international models, and local professional athletes to her chair so that they may look good on and off camera. Her work experience is established and her knowledge in the field is sought after. By demand, Kristin started a consulting company in 2006, Dramatology, LLC. She helps others learn various techniques on injecting fillers, neurotoxins, laser training, and injecting leg veins. “I had an excellent teacher which allows me, in return to teach others. In addition, helping my patients look their best is the most fulfilling part of my day. I love my work and hope to be practicing for a very long time.”

Kathleen Madsen BSN, RN Kathleen Madsen is a Registered Nurse, and has been practicing for over 20 years. She attended Health Science Center School of Nursing in Manitoba, Canada and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She has received certification and training in the administration of neurotoxins and dermal fillers, including Botox®. Dysport®, Restylane®, Perlane®, and Juvederm®. Kathleen performs medical aesthetic treatments that assist her clients to achieve a healthier, more naturally beautiful appearance and lessen the signs of aging.

Joy Lavender Medical Aesthetician Joy Lavender is a graduate of the ITS Academy and is a State of Texas certified medical aesthetician and Cutera certified laser specialist. She strives to provide the best possible results for her clients while offering a soothing, pampering experience. Joy’s knowledge and personal interest extends to the area of skin care where she is committed to assisting and directing her clients to the products that give them the best solution to restoring their skin’s natural ability to restore itself.

Maygon Waldrip Medical Aesthetician Maygon graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then attended West Texas A&M University for Graduate School in Psychology where she then decided to change career paths. After graduating from NCTC Gainesville and becoming a licensed esthetician, she went on to attend The National Laser Institute of Dallas. She is a certified laser technician. Maygon’s background in Psychology and working with people has proven to be a vital attribute in all her endeavors, particularly with Avanti Skin Center.

Morissa Fraser Medical Aesthetician Morrisa graduated top of her class from the Paul Mitchell Dallas. After becoming a licensed Aesthetician she went on to attend The National Laser Institute. She is a certified laser technician and holds a degree in education. Morrisa is also an artist and her meticulous attention to detail shows through in her art of aesthetics.

Gayla Farokhnia Makeup Artist Gayla Farokh is a professional makeup artist with over 15 years of experience working with the best products in the market. Makeup is her passion and art! Gayla has a talent to make her clients look and feel "more beautiful" by enhancing their natural beauty and bringing out their inner confidence. Gayla is focused on providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. She will do her best to meet her clients expectation.
